YAGRO Exchange named Supply Analytics Solution of the Year
YAGRO Exchange has won “Supply Analytics Solution of the Year” in the 2026 AgTech Breakthrough Awards, recognising its impact on the delivery of agricultural supply chain programmes.
Agricultural supply chains are being asked to collect and understand more farm-level information than ever before.
Sustainability initiatives, regenerative agriculture programmes, compliance frameworks and customer reporting all depend on reliable data from growers. Yet many of these programmes are still managed using disconnected forms, spreadsheets, email chains and labour-intensive administrative processes.
YAGRO Exchange was developed to make it easier for agricultural organisations to deliver how agricultural organisations deliver these programmes, replacing fragmented administration with a more connected, scalable and farmer-friendly approach.
The platform provides agricultural businesses with the infrastructure to launch, manage and scale sophisticated grower programmes while keeping participation straightforward for the farmers involved.
Being named Supply Analytics Solution of the Year is an important recognition of that approach and of the results Exchange is already delivering across UK agriculture.
Making complex programmes easier to manage
Every agricultural programme has its own requirements. Organisations may need to establish eligibility criteria, collect field-level information, request supporting evidence, score submissions or guide participants through different workflows according to their answers.
Exchange allows programme administrators to build these requirements directly into a customised grower journey.
Programmes can incorporate conditional workflows, file uploads, evidence collection, scoring systems and programme-specific reporting. They can then be deployed to anything from a focused pilot group to thousands of farms.
Once a programme is live, administrators gain a clear operational view of its progress. They can identify incomplete submissions, review evidence, request amendments, approve or reject entries and communicate with individual growers or wider programme groups.
Each interaction is recorded within the platform, creating a robust audit trail while substantially reducing the manual administration associated with large-scale grower programmes.

Built around the farmer
The success of an agricultural programme does not depend on technology alone. It also depends on whether growers are willing and able to participate.
That is why Exchange has been designed around real farm workflows. Farmers can complete programme requirements, upload PDFs and photographs, and provide supporting evidence directly through the platform. OCR functionality helps extract information from uploaded documents, reducing repetitive data entry and making the process quicker to complete.
This focus on usability has helped Exchange achieve a 96% completion rate
Delivering at commercial scale
Exchange is already supporting some of the UK agricultural supply chain’s most ambitious sustainability work.
Frontier Agriculture uses the platform to deliver its Sustainable Supply Chain Programme, helping a range of large customers across the UK agricultural supply chain better understand sustainability performance and regenerative farming activity across their grower networks.
Through Exchange, growers provide validated field-level information covering cultivation practices, nitrogen management, yields, biodiversity features and regenerative farming indicators.
By Harvest 2025, the programme had scaled to cover 55,960 hectares and generated more than 116,000 structured data points. The number of participating farms increased by 64% year on year.
YAGRO has also recently delivered a white-labelled implementation for PGRO, demonstrating how the same underlying infrastructure can be adapted for different agricultural organisations and programme requirements.
Trusted relationships, modern infrastructure
Exchange’s white-label model is one of its most important differentiators.
Growers participate within a familiar, trusted branded environment, while YAGRO provides the infrastructure underneath: programme workflows, data validation, structured analytics and interoperability.
This allows agricultural organisations to introduce modern programme capabilities without disrupting existing grower relationships or embarking on a lengthy enterprise technology implementation.
Exchange is not simply another survey or generic programme-management tool. It brings together agricultural expertise, enterprise-grade infrastructure and farmer-centred design to turn farm information into structured, verified and actionable intelligence.
Recognition of a different approach
Winning Supply Analytics Solution of the Year is recognition of the team behind Exchange, the organisations that have trusted YAGRO to support their programmes and, crucially, the hundreds of farmers who have engaged with the platform.
It also reflects a wider shift in agricultural supply chains.
As sustainability and regenerative agriculture programmes grow, organisations will need more than data-collection tools. They will need reliable infrastructure that can support complex requirements, maintain data quality, provide operational visibility and make participation work for farmers.
That is the challenge YAGRO Exchange was built to solve.
